This post is more about what not to do than how to. I went into a local breakfast spot here in Powder Springs Georgia, they are known for their Waffles in the house (hint). The customer service was lousy. The food, like always was great, but I never saw the waitress again after she delivered the food. Furthermore, I had to get up out of my seat to ask for a coffee refill. What ever happened to customer service? In today’s economy, businesses are made or broken internally by the employees and how shameful it is when those employees who are there for a paycheck, wonder why business is slow at their location, why customers refuse to tip and their hours are cut because business is slow.
