Send them a coupon for 15% off. Offer to pay them a commission for each sale they generate. Word of mouth will go a long way.
Advertise
If you are not advertising, you should think more about doing so, especially in and during a down time in the economy. There are many places on the internet that will allow you to advertise free. If you want to target an audience, you could always advertise on some of the top social network site and reach masses fast, but make sure you have a relevant web page being used when customers search for a word and click on the link you give.
There are many free options on the internet that will help you get the word out about your products and services. Nothing is guaranteed, you have to work at it and be creative.
